Patsystems, engaged in electronic trading of financial products, is offering the features of a trading platform without the requirement for the client to invest in a technology infrastructure or associated support resources.
The application service provider solution provides access to global markets through the client’s existing exchange memberships or via sponsored access.
According to the company, initial installation and hosting of the project will be in London. Customers can use Patsystems’ connectivity and the 24/6 global support desk service while retaining control of their end-user profiles and risk parameters.
Nick Burns, hosting services manager, Patsystems, said: We believe there is a strong market demand for a flexible, high availability ASP solution for a minimal initial investment, and reasonable ongoing operating costs. The Patsystems ASP solution meets these criteria, and we’re delighted that this new solution enables us to deliver the comprehensive Patsystems product offering to a much wider audience. Support and maintenance of this solution will be provided by a dedicated team of global support desk engineers to ensure that a quality service underpins the offering.
