Goldleaf Financial Solutions has announced that since implementing its ACH and Remote Deposit Express, Georgia-based bank PlantersFirst has strengthened relationships with current customers while gaining new business by offering electronic services.
PlantersFirst had selected Goldleaf’s remote deposit solution to increase its customer base while also enhancing customer service. Goldleaf’s ACH solution seamlessly integrates with PlantersFirst customers’ existing payroll and accounting software, enabling these processes to be done efficiently and with fewer errors. An electronic file is sent directly to the bank and that saves time by eliminating manual input of data.
Tracy Nesmith, assistant vice president of internet banking for PlantersFirst, said: Financial institutions must offer their customers electronic options if their customers’ businesses are to grow and therefore succeed in today’s environment. Goldleaf’s ACH and Remote Deposit Express (RDX) allow us to learn more about our customers’ needs everyday.
Lynn Boggs, CEO of Goldleaf Financial Solutions, said: PlantersFirst is successfully eliminating any physical barriers with remote customers by using our ACH and RDX solutions. As customers come to prefer the benefits of electronic banking, Goldleaf can help financial institutions find ways to incorporate electronic services while broadening market boundaries.
