Unified communications firm Polycom has launched four new Adoption Services, which claimed to help enterprises accelerate user adoption and returns on investments of Polycom RealPresence video applications.
The new Adoption Services including, Adoption Consulting, Adoption Portal, Adoption Campaign and RealPresence Analytics are based on adoption methodology developed by Polycom.
Adoption Consulting service claims to establish a framework for adoption by enabling Polycom consultants to conduct surveys and interviews to assess business needs, objectives, and the technology environment, as well as individual user needs.
In addition, Polycom consultants will also work with customers to produce an action plan and to identify a tool for measuring adoption over time.
Adoption Portal is a cost-effective turnkey package for creating a customised online user resource that features large number of video tutorials, FAQs, and other content describing how users can make video collaboration part of their everyday workflow.
With the Adoption Campaign service, enterprises can accelerate adoption by engaging users with a promotional campaign that reinforces the advantages of video collaboration.
RealPresence Analytics is a cloud-based service is built around a reporting application that helps accurately gauge adoption through in-depth measurement and analysis.
It includes customised reports that track adoption across several metrics and advanced analytics that help inform ongoing planning and resource allocation plans by enabling customers to identify usage patterns, service quality and cost trends.
The new adoption services augment Polycom’s existing technology optimisation services, which help customers ensure that their network, infrastructure and video environments are capable of meeting the needs of users.
