Radware, a provider of integrated application delivery systems, has reported quarterly revenues of $22.2 million for the first quarter of 2008, an increase of 12% compared with revenues of $19.7 million for the first quarter of 2007. The revenues for the fourth quarter of 2007 were $24.4 million.
The company reported that net loss of $8.3 million or $0.42 per diluted share, on a GAAP basis for the first quarter of 2008, compared to a net loss of $3.6 million or $0.18 per diluted share in the first quarter of 2007 and to a net loss of $1.8 million or $0.09 per diluted share in the fourth quarter of 2007.
