Shanda Interactive Entertainment has reported consolidated net revenues of CNY656.3 million for the third quarter ended September 30, 2007, an increase of 16.3% quarter-over-quarter and 50.3% year-over-year.
Online game revenue was CNY633.7 million, an increase of 16.6% quarter-over-quarter and 54.9% year-over-year. Gross profit was CNY457.9 million, an increase of 20.6% quarter-over-quarter and 86.6% year-over-year. Operating income was CNY257.9 million, an increase of 5.6% quarter-over-quarter and 128.9% year-over- year.
Net income was CNY238.9 million, compared to adjusted net income of CNY238.4 million in the second quarter of 2007. Earnings per diluted ADS was CNY3.26, compared to adjusted earnings per diluted ADS of CNY3.28 in the second quarter of 2007.
