Mobile phone users could soon be able to prioritize incoming calls based on the urgency and important of the caller. Teltier is launching the application, which is based on the concept of ‘Availability Management’.
Users of the service will be able to tell people calling at an inconvenient time to ‘call back in five minutes’ or to ‘send me an SMS text’. Users can also select the option to block calls they don’t want to receive at that time, while the caller can mark the urgency of their call.
The concept of ‘Availability Management’ is to assist users in the efficient use of their business and personal time by managing their availability to callers.
