Analytically focused marketing software firm Unica has taken the wraps off a new visualization tool that it claims improves cross-channel analytics.
Included as another module of Unica’s core enterprise marketing management Affinium platform, the newly launched Insight tool offers analytic and custom dashboard tools that lets relationship marketers select and aggregate customer data sets from different channel systems to provide insights into behavior and optimize campaigns.
Insight will be available in June this year and will integrate with other Affinium components for campaign management and online marketing performance.
Unica unveiled the new software at the opening day of Unica’s global customer conference in Las Vegas yesterday
Around 600 customers and partners attended Unica’s conference, which was sold out according to the company.
Unica, which was founded in 1992 and headquartered Waltham, Massachusetts, last week reported solid profit and revenue growth in its second quarter. Around 500 companies use its EMM software.
