Visionway is making the CA Business Service Insight content package available for sale in the Cloud Commons Marketplace
Portugal based IT service management (ITSM) applications provider Visionway has deployed CA technologies’ Business Service Insight to monitor and report on service and service level agreement (SLA) performance for its customers.
CA Business Service Insight compiles data from different sources for normalisation, aggregation, correlation and metric.
Visionway has selected CA Business Service Insight because its open architecture which allows information to be obtained from external sources, such as service catalogs.
Following the deployment, the ITSM firm has achieved increased transparency and improved customer satisfaction, the company claims.
Visionway is also making the CA Business Service Insight content package available for sale in the Cloud Commons Marketplace to streamline implementations with service provider customers.
Visionway managing director José Ferraz said CA Business Service Insight allows the firm to provide customers with their own login details to view dashboards detailing services and metrics.
"These personalized dashboards give them near real-time access to their account information, SLA performance and more," said Ferraz.
